About the calculator

The weekly savings calculator gives an estimate only. It uses the figures you enter plus assumed interest rates for your current debts, and assumes everything is combined into one home loan at 6.19% p.a. over 30 years, with about $1,000 in switching costs added to the loan.

The result is not a loan offer, quote or approval. Your actual rate, repayments and saving will depend on your circumstances and the lender, and could be higher or lower.

Lending criteria, fees and charges

All loans are subject to the lender's credit assessment and lending criteria. Fees and charges apply.

Consolidating debt

Rolling short-term debts such as car loans and credit cards into a home loan over a longer term can lower your repayments, but it may mean you pay more interest overall.
