Step 1

We will organise a discovery phone call to get the process started.

Step 2

We listen to your needs and requirements and request some documents prior to us meeting.

Step 3

We assess your information and prepare a tailored recommendation to discuss when we meet in person or via zoom.

Step 4

Let’s catch up to discuss and plan the next steps. We will provide guidance and recommendations at this stage to help you prepare for a home loan application.

Step 5

Time to lodge an application. You are provided with some options and we help you pick the most appropriate solution to meet your needs.

Step 6

Once you have uploaded your required documentation, we will lodge your application with your chosen lender.

Step 7

Formal Approval. This is when your chosen lender has confirmed that they are willing to approve and settle your loan.

Step 8

We will catch up to sign and return loan documents to the lender.

Step 9

Settlement and Relax. Congratulations your finance journey has been completed. We stay in touch to keep you updated prior to settlement. Once settled we check in on a regular basis to see if your loan still suits your needs.
